Do you maintain gardens you did not build?

Selectively, yes — after a paid site survey. We need to assess the irrigation, the soil, and the plant inventory before committing, because we will be held to the same quality standard regardless of who built it. Survey fee is credited toward the contract if signed.
Can we cancel a maintenance contract?

Yes. Annual contracts are renewable, not auto-binding. Monthly contracts can be ended with 30 days written notice. We do not believe in trapping clients into care they no longer want.
What if a tree dies under your care?

If the loss is attributable to maintenance error, we replace the tree at our cost. If the cause is environmental — a flood, a drought breach, a frost beyond regional norms — we share the replacement cost transparently and document why.
How do you handle gardens abroad?

For projects in the Gulf, Jordan, and Morocco we maintain a small permanent crew on the ground, supplemented by quarterly visits from Istanbul. The seasonal calendar is the same; the local crew handles weekly and monthly work.
