What contracting means at NAS

For us, contracting is not coordination — it is craftsmanship. We do not assemble subcontractors and forward their invoices. Our masons cut their own stone. Our planters trained inside our nursery. Our irrigation team programmes the system they laid. The result: one phone number, one schedule, one accountable atelier — from the first sketch to the day you walk on the lawn.

Sketch to keys · the five movements

Every project follows the same five movements:

1. 1Brief & site read — we walk the land, measure light, soil, slope, and listen to how you want to live the space.
2. 2Concept & master plan — hand sketches first, then a precise master plan with photoreal renderings of every angle.
3. 3Material atelier — stone samples on the table, plant lists from our nursery, lighting fixtures chosen with you.
4. 4Build — our crew on site daily, weekly photo log, no surprise invoices, single fixed-price contract.
5. 5Handover & care — the keys, the plant manual, an open line for the seasons that follow.

Where we work

Headquartered in Istanbul, we deliver across seven countries: Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Morocco, Bahrain, and Syria. Private villas and royal estates from the Bosphorus to the Atlas, civic plazas and municipal parks from Damascus to Amman. Site visits in Istanbul are complimentary; for projects abroad, our principal designer flies to read the land in person before any plan is drawn.
